For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires, “You”, “Your”, or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who uses the App to avail services offered by Caree (“Services”). The terms “We”, “Us”, and “Our” shall mean Caree. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided through the App or other reasonable means, so you may review the updates before continuing to use our Services. Any modifications become effective immediately upon posting to the App, and your continued use of the App and/or Services constitutes your agreement to such modifications. We retain personal information for as long as you are engaged with our Services and for a reasonable time thereafter. Upon request, and after verifying your identity, we will provide a copy of your personal data retained with us.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy.
